The pricing plan is controlled by the number of chat users. . The minimum charge of $14 per month provides up to 4 chat users, additional chat users can be purchased at the rate of $3. 00 Per month in advance.

Note: All MVI SPY accounts must meet the minimum of $14 monthly in order to remain active.

Over $45.00	25% off
Over $100.00	35% off
Over $250.00	45% off

For example, if your account monthly balance is $45 per month a 25% discount or $11.25 would be automatically deducted and your monthly bill would be $33.75. If paid yearly this account would pay $337.50 saving additional $67.50.

Plan Changes
All plans can be altered by the subscriber at any time to reduce or add additional services. All changes will become effective in the next billing cycle if made 5 days prior to subscribers next billing cycle.

*You will receive an email which you must then click to verify your account
*Once verified, simply place the MVI SPY code snippet onto the pages on your site you wish to chat.

Additional Information
The list below is the communications you can expect from MVI SPY once you have signed up for a free trial or activated your account:
*2 weeks after free trial starts you will be contacted by email to verify that everything is operational
*15 and 5 days before expiration of the free trial, we will contact you to activate your account via an online payment form
*Once you have paid, you will receive a 'payment notification' email Updates about new features

MVI SPY accepts only major credits cards for monthly payments as well as checks for yearly contracts.
